Forum Admin Responsibilities - Signing In AND out
>Important to sign people INTO the troop tool and forum and DELETING them again when they leave the allaince or groups.
>Signing inits VERY important that before signing them in check Travian Stats for see if they have signed in as game name, and check they're not from another allaince trying to spy join and grab into before being discovered!!! Spies often try and gain access to forums!!!
(For Mergers) Please communicate with each recruiter of our groups. Each group is in charge of signing and deleting their own members from the lists. But you could always monitor the membership lists of each groups for changes if you like. To make sure they are doing the job.

>Delete when they leave alliance.
>Monitor membership terminations in Allaince Travian Events. BEFORE doing so, please place information into the "players deleted" section. Their Game name followed by their email. This is for reference to guard against spies.

How to sign people into Forum:
You'll be given admin rights to this forum - please dont abuse it.
>The admin panel is the last thing on the forum front page. Go to the bottom, its marked in red below the chat room box. Click that - you'll be directed to another website.
>Once in the admin space - go to "Users & Groups" then side bar "Inactive players". Here you'll see a list of people who are "New users" this is a list of people who have freshly joined the forum.
The green active = application accepted - members join the forum
The red delete = new applications have been deleted
>Now this is the important bit, before accepting them - CHECK.
>Make a background CHECK on their alliance history by using http://travian.ws/analyser.pl?s=com2 under events, send iffy ones to leader
>CHECK their game name appears in our allaince. If not delete them.
>Once you've ticked ACCEPT, find "user groups" then use the "search user" function to find their profile page. Click name.
>Scroll down to the end of their profile you should see these sentences - these should be ticked No

Always notify me of replies : No
Notify by mail when a new message has arrived in your in-box : No
Display a pop-up window on new private messages : No
Display a notification when new replies are written : No

Rank Title : assign a rank title to each wing group.


Delete a member from forum
>Use the same "search user" function - click name
>Copy Name and email address and put this copy into "Players Deleted". We need this to guide against spies trying to rejoin.
>Go to the end of their profile and you'll see "Click here to delete this user; this cannot be undone" this will delete them.

How to Sign people into Troop Tool
>Use the "Users Validation" section
>Make a background CHECK on their alliance history by using http://travian.ws/analyser.pl?s=com2 under events, send iffy ones to leader
>CHECK their game name appears in our allaince. If not delete them.
>Activate their account by clicking "Validate"
>Tick boxes should look like
Admin: Nope
View troops count from alliances: Nonononono
Account is activ: Yes
